( A staple of Sicilian cuisine, this is absolutely delicious. Tube-shaped fried pastry dough with cream cheese and chocolate flakes is just too yummy. Usually, it is made with eggs and wine but my recipe is completely vegetarian. This Italian dessert you can make at home easily following my recipe. Try it out and comment.)

Ingredients-
-2 cups of maida ( all-purpose flour)
-1/3 cup butter
- cup sugar
- teaspoon cinnamon powder
-1 cup Ricotta cheese
-1 cup cream cheese
- cup Powdered sugar
-Icing sugar for garnishing
-Water for kneading

Method-
-Take maida on the platform and add butter
-Add powdered sugar, add water, and make a smooth dough
-Let the dough rest for 10 to 15 minutes
-Take out water from the Ricotta cheese by putting it in a muslin cloth
-Add Cream cheese in a bowl and add cup powdered sugar& teaspoon of cinnamon powder
-Mix well
-Add the ricotta cheese to the mixture
-Put the mixture into an icing bag
-Make balls from the dough
-Roll out the dough balls
-Fold the rolled-out Cannoli on the Cannoli mold
-Deep fry the Cannolis
-Fill the Cannoli shells with cheese filling and chocolate flakes
-Sprinkle icing sugar and serve
