You know how much I love Carbonara and how important this dish is for us Italians. It is a dish that we need to protect and when I see these terrible imitations or recreations I get upset and I feel sorry for all the Nonnas in Rome. I am not sure why Akis did this video and I only want to believe that he did it to provoke me in order to do a reaction video about his light carbonara. Well done Akis, you got me.
