Little gourd / Ivy gourd Sambar (ತೊಂಡೆಕಾಯಿ ಸಾಂಬಾರ್ ) is a very famous recipe across India. If it is cooked with all ingredients correctly, the dish will be delicious / mouth watering. It can very suit with Rice , Chapati and Roti.

Ingredients:
Ivy Gourd (Tondekayi): 300 gms
Tomato: 2 nos
Onion: 1 no
Coriander leaves
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder: 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds: 1/4 tsp
Urad Dal: 1/4 tsp
Garlic: 4 cloves
Cury Leaves: 10 nos
Salt to Taste
Water
Coriander Seeds: 1 tbsp (Dry Roast)
Cumin Seeds: 1/2 tbsp (Dry Roast)
Coconut: 1/2 cup
Oil
