This is one such recipe, go for it!JACKFRUIT SEEDS SABZIIngredients25-30 ripe jackfruit seeds, boiled, peeled and cut into quarters1½ tbsps oil1-2 green chillies, chopped2 tsps grated ginger2 tsps finely chopped garlic1 medium onion, finely chopped1 cup fresh tomato puree1½ tsps Tata Sampann Garam Masala1½ tsps red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powder¾ tsp coriander powder1½ tsps cumin powderSalt to taste2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leavesCoriander sprig for garnishChapatis to serveMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add green chillies, ginger and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.2. Add onion, mix well and cook till translucent. Sautéing occasionally. Add tomato puree and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.3. Add Tata Sampann Garam Masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.4. Add salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add ½ cup water and mix well. Cover and cook till the oil separates.5. Add jackfruit seeds, chopped coriander and mix well. Cook for 1 minute and take it off the heat.6. Transfer into a serving plate garnish with coriander sprig.
