JAIN AMERICAN CHOPSUEYIngredients1 cup boiled noodles1 tablespoon oil + for deep-frying½ cup tomato ketchup¼ cup red chilli sauce1 tablespoon cornstarchBlack pepper powder to taste5-6 babycorn, diagonally sliced1 medium green capsicum, cut into strips1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into strips1 small cabbage, shreddedSalt to taste½ teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon vinegarMethod1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. To prepare sauce, heat tomato ketchup in a non-stick pan. Add chilli sauce and mix well. Add cornstarch and some water, mix well and cook for a minute. Add pepper powder, mix and bring to boil or till it thickens.3. Deep-fry boiled noodles in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add baby corn and sauté for a minute. Add green capsicum, bell pepper, mix and cook on low heat for 30 seconds. 5. Add cabbage, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Add pepper powder, salt and sugar, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.6. Add prepared sauce and mix well. Add some water, mix and cook for a minute. Add vinegar, mix and cook for a minute.7. Place the fried noodles in a serving plate. Put some vegetable-sauce mixture on top.8.
