Here’s a great vegetarian delicacy that will be a hit on your dining table, watch this video to learn how to make Jain Cholay Rajma Dal JAIN CHOLAY RAJMA DALIngredients1 cup chickpeas (kabuli chane), soaked and boiled1 cup red kidney beans (rajma), soaked and boiled2 tablespoons olive oil1 inch cinnamon stick½ cup fresh tomato puree1 teaspoon white sesame seeds (safed til)1 teaspoon garam masala powder1 teaspoon red chilli powderSalt to taste1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves + to garnish1 teaspoon lemon juiceFresh mint leaves, for garnishingMethod1. Heat one tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan and add cinnamon, tomato puree, sesame seeds, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well. Cook for two to three minutes.2. Add chickpeas and kidney beans and mix well. Add one and a half cups water and let it cook for about five to ten minutes or till oil rises to the surface.3. Now add coriander leaves, parsley, mint leaves and one tablespoon olive oil and mix well.4. Finally add lemon juice and mix well. Switch off the heat.5.
