This spicy roasted bell pepper sauce has plenty of flavour even without the us of onion and garlic.JAIN MEXICAN SAUCEIngredients1½ -2 medium red bell peppers, finely chopped2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped1 tablespoon oil4-5 dried red chilliesSalt to taste½ teaspoon sugar½ teaspoon carom seedsMethod 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add red bell pepper and sauté for 30 seconds. Add dried red chillies, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.2. Add tomatoes, mix, cover and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add salt, sugar and crushed carom seeds, mix and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and cool.3. Grind the prepared mixture to a fine paste. 4.
