Khameer 2 chaye ke chamach
Cheeni 1/4 cup
Namak 1 chaye ka chamach

Donuts Dough bananay ke ajza:
Maida 2 cup
Anday 2 cup
Jam-e-Shiree 4 khanay ke chamach
Phighla huwa Makhan 1/3 cup

Creamy Chocolate Mixture banana ke ajza:
Whipping Cream 2 cup
Safaid Chocolate Phigli hui 1/2 cup
Badam (Pissay huway) 1/2 cup

Khameer Mixture Bananay ke tarkeeb:
1. Khameer mixture banana ke liye aik glass me doodh, khameer, cheeni or namak daal kar achi tarhan mix karen.ab issay cling film se dhak kar 5-7 minute ke liye dhak kar rakh den.khameer mixture tayar hai.
Dough Bananay ki Tarkeeb:
2. Donuts dough bananay ke liye aik bowl me maida, anda, jam-e-shirin or phighla huwa makhan daal kar aik naram dough goondh len.or size me dugna honay tak side pe rakh den.

3. Creamy chocolate mixture bananay ke liye aik bowl me whipping cream daal kar achi tarhan phent len.ab is me safaid chocolate or badam daal kar achi tarhan mix karen.Creamy chocolate mixture tayar hai.

4. Donuts banana ke liye tayar dough ko flat sheet pe roll kar len. Ab issay donut cutter se donut ki shakal me kaat len.
5. Ab tayar kiye huway donuts ko 1015-minute ke liye dhak kar side pe rakh den.
6. Phir in donuts ko 2 se 3-minute ke liye deep fry karlen.
7. Ab tayar donut len or unhen darmeyan se upar or neechay se kaat len.
8. Phir tayar donuts ke neechay walay hissay par creamy chocolate mixture phila kar dusra hissa rakh den.

Jam-e-Shirin Pink Donuts

Ingredients for Yeast Mixture:
Milk (lukewarm) 1 cup
Yeast 2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Donuts Dough:
All-purpose flour 4 cups
Eggs 2
Jam-e-Shirin 4 tbsp
Melted butter 1/3 cup

Ingredients for Creamy Chocolate Mixture:
Whipping cream 2 cups
White chocolate (melted) 1/2 cup
Almonds (crushed) 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Donuts:
Prepared dough
Oil (for frying) as required
White chocolate (melted) as required
Sprinkles as required
Creamy chocolate mixture as required
Jam-e-Shirin as required

Directions for Yeast Mixture Preparation:
1. In a glass add milk, yeast, sugar, salt and mix it well. Cover with cling film and let it rest for 5-7 mins. Your yeast mixture is ready.

Directions for Donuts Dough Preparation:
2. In a bowl add flour, egg, Jam-e-Shirin, melted butter and knead a smooth dough. Let it rest until it doubles in size.
Directions for Creamy Chocolate Mixture Preparation:
3. In a bowl add whipping cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
4. Now add white chocolate and almonds. Mix them well. Your Creamy Chocolate Mixture is ready.
Directions for Donuts Preparation:
5. Take the prepared dough and roll it out into flat sheet. Cut it into donut shapes with donut cutter.
6. Now take the prepared donut circles and let them rest for 10-15 mins.
7. Deep fry the prepared donuts for 2-3 mins or until golden brown over medium flame.
8. Now take the prepared donuts, and cut them from the center into the top and bottom pieces.
9. Spread the prepared Creamy Chocolate mixture on the bottom piece and place the top piece on it.
10. Decorate the donuts with white chocolate, sprinkles and Jam-e-Shirin.
11. Your Jam-e-Shirin Pink Donuts are ready. Serve and enjoy
