Jam Puffs Recipe From 1899 - Old Cookbook ShowJam Puffs (Potato Pastry). Lb. Flour. Lb. Mashed Potato.3 Ozs. Fat.1 Teasp. Baking Powder. Teasp. Salt.Jam.Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder together.Rub in the fat. Add the potatoes and enough cold water to form a stiff paste. Roll out very thinly. Cut in rounds. Put a spoonful of jam on each.
