Jambalaya Pasta With Shrimps, Chicken, and Sausage

lb (226.8g) shrimp deveined
lb (226.8g) andouille sausage sliced into half-inch-thick pieces
2 tbsp (907.18g) cajun spice
4 tbsp olive oil
cup (120g) onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 bay leaf
1 medium tomato diced
8 ounces (226.8g) tomato sauce
tsp red pepper flakes or cayenne powder
cup (74.5g) red bell peppers diced
cup (74.5g) green bell peppers diced
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 cup (235g) chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste if necessary
Parsley for garnish
