Javvarasi Payasam in Insta Pot/Sabudana Kheer | Sujan Fun Kitchen

#JavvarasiPayasamInInstaPot/#SabudanaKheerInInsta Pot 

Ingredients:

Javvarasi/Sago/Sabudana - ¼ cup

Milk - 2 cups

Sugar - ¼ cup or more if required

Elaichi powder - to taste

Dry fruits - to taste

Method :

Wash the Javvarasi/ Sabudana/Sago thoroughly in water; till the water is clear.Drain the Javvarasi of water

Now in a container which can go into Insta Pot, add ½ cup of water, then the Javvarasi, the milk, sugar and the Elaichi/ Cardamom

Close the Insta Pot and press the Pressure Cook mode

The Javvarasi Payasam or Sabudana Kheer will be ready automatically

Meanwhile Fry dry fruits in ghee and add to the Javvarasi Payasam/Sabudana Kheer

Enjoy the yummy Dessert with family and friends
