The aroma and flavour of Jeera Rice is so good that it goes well with Veg and Nonveg gravies. It is very simple to make at home with ingredients found in your kitchen and hardly takes any time. Given below are the ingredients of this Jeera Rice recipe.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
3 Cardamom pods
3 Cloves
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Bay leaves
1 tbsp Cumin (Jeera)
2 tsp Ghee
1 glass Rice
Salt to taste
2 glasses Water
Chopped Coriander leaves.
