Carefully follow the method and instructions to get perfect results. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #Cake #Baking #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://ln.run/vnWn2Castella Cake Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 80g-Doodh (Miilk) 80ml-Maida (All-purpose flour) 80g-Anday (Eggs) 5 medium -Vanilla essence 1 tsp-Lemon juice 1 tbs -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1/3 Cup Directions:-In a bowl,add butter,milk & microwave for 40-50 seconds then mix well.-On a bowl,place sifter,gradually add all-purpose flour while mixing.-Break eggs in a bowl & separate egg yolk from it.-Add egg yolks in the melted butter bowl & whisk well.-Add vanilla essence,whisk well & set aside.-In egg whites,add lemon juice & beat well.-Gradually add caster sugar & beat until stiff peaks form.-Gradually add 1/3 of the meringue to the yolk mixture & fold with spatula.-Now add the yolk mixture to the remaining meringue & mix gently (avoid over mixing). -Place the loaf pan in the larger tray.-Pour batter to loaf pan lined with butter paper & tap few times. -Pour hot water into the outer tray, about a quarter to half way up the sides of the square pan.-Bake in preheated oven at 150C for 50 minutes (on both grills).-Let the castella cake cool for a moment then remove it from the cake pan by lifting. Peel the parchment paper from the cake & slice the cake into pieces & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 80g-Doodh (Miilk) 80ml-Maida (All-purpose flour) 80g-Anday (Eggs) 5 medium -Vanilla essence 1 tsp-Lemon juice 1 tbs -Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1/3 Cup Directions:-Bowl mein makhan aur doodh dal dein aur 40-50 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir ache tarha mix ker lein.-Bowl per sifter rakh dein aur maida dal ker sift ker lein aur bech bech mein ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Bowl mein anday tor ka dal dein aur anday ki zardi ko alag ker lein.-Anday ki zardi ko melted makhan mein dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.-Anday ki safedi mein lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka bareek cheeni shamil karein aur stiff peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.-1/3 meringue ko yolk mixture mein dal ein aur spatula ki madad sa fold ker lein.-Ab yolk mixture ko remaining meringue mein dal ker gently mix ker lein (avoid over mixing). -Loaf pan ko larger tray per rakh dein.-Batter ko loaf pan (lined with butter paper) mein dal dein aur few times tap karein.-Outer pan mein garam pani dal dein.-Preheated oven mein 150C per 50 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).-Castella cake ko thanda ker lein & pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!
