Here is my recipe for oven baked Jollof riceList of Ingredients3 Cups of Long grained Rice6 Tablespoons of vegetable OilSalt to taste1 to 2 Teaspoons of curry powder1 to 2 teaspoons of thymeStarter Sauce1 Medium sized Onion1 Large Tomato2 stock cubes2 Cups Chicken stockLink to my starter Sauce - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3i1mVB1__NgNotes:The total liquid content of the Sauce is 4 Cups for the 3 cups of dry Rice that I used. You may need to reduce this by half of a cup if you use basmati Rice or jasmine Rice.-You can add more water if you feel the Rice is still hard after your cooking time but make sure you add a little at a time because a little water goes a very long way.- It's advisable not to open the oven until after about 45 minutes so that the trapped steam in the Oven will not escape.check these links for my other Rice recipesParboiled Rice - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHTONLcPJBcHow to make Nigerian Jollof Rice - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BSlG7AQ0t8YSinasir/Waina Recipe (Nigerian Masa) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QWBc3q8wCL8Nigerian Fried Rice - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Td35lo50TCsStuffed Savory Nigerian Masa Recipe - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gp0LSjRxIXwI use the standard US standard measuring cup for my all my measurements and you can check for the unit conversion on this linkhttp://cheflolaskitchen.com/measurement-conversion-table/You can also find me here;Blog http://cheflolaskitchen.comFacebook https://www.facebook.com/ChefLolasKitchenInstagram https://www.instagram.com/cheflolaskitchen-~-~~-~~~-~~-~-Latest Video: "Super Crispy Baked Potato Wedges" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaVCk-U-Vic-~-~~-~~~-~~-~-
