You should give it a try soon and serve it to your loved ones!JOWAR METHI PAKODAIngredients1 cup sorghum (jowar) flour½ cup chopped fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) ¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)1 tbsp white sesame seeds½ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)¼ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves2 tsps chopped garlic½ tbsp ginger-green chilli paste1 tbsp lemon juice¼ tsp baking sodaOil for deep fryingTomato ketchup to serveGreen chutney to serveMethod1. Take jowar flour in a large bowl, add asafoetida, white sesame seeds, carom seeds, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves, garlic, ginger-green chilli paste, lemon juice, coriander leaves and ⅓ cup water and mix till a thick batter is formed. Add baking soda and mix well. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in small portions of the mixture and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.3.
