Ingredients for Paneer Momos
For Dough:
Refined Flour - मैदा - 1 Cup
Salt - नमक - 1/4 tsp

For Red Chutney:
Oil - तेल - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - हींग - 1/2 a pinch
Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
Tomato - टमाटर - 2, chopped
Red Chilli - लाल मिर्च - 5-6
Coriander Powder - धनिया पाउडर - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1 tsp
Salt - नमक - 3/4 tsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1 inch baton, grated

For White Sauce:
Potato - आलू - 1, boiled
Cream- क्रीम - 1/4 Cup
Salt - नमक - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - चीनी - 1 tsp
Milk - दूध - 1/4 Cup

For Stuffing:
Oil - तेल - 1.5 tbsp
Ginger - अदरक - 1 inch baton, grated
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 1, finely chopped
Capsicum - शिमलामिर्च - 1/4 Cup, finely chopped
Cabbage - पत्तागोभी - 1 Cup, grated
Paneer - पनीर - 1 Cup, grated
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 1/2 tsp

How to prepare steamed paneer momos?

1. Take 1 cup of maida, add ¼ tsp of salt and mix well.
2. Add water gradually and prepare a stiff dough. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in the pan and add ½ tsp cumin seeds, ½ pinch hing, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, and roast briefly.
4. Add 2-chopped tomatoes, 5-6 red chilies, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1-inch ginger baton (chopped) to the pan.
5. Add ¼ cup of water and cook covered over medium heat till the tomatoes turn soft.
6. Once the tomatoes turn firm, allow them to cool down, blend, and our chutney is ready.
7. Blend 1-boiled potato, ¼ cup of cream, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar, and a little milk in a mixer jar, and white sauce is ready.
8. Heat 1.5 tbsp of oil in the pan, add 1-inch grated ginger, 1-chopped green chili, ¼ cup of finely chopped capsicum, and roast briefly.
9. Add 1 cup of grated cabbage, 1 cup of grated paneer, ½ tsp of salt, ½ tsp of crushed black pepper to the pan and mix well.
10. Take the stuffing out in a bowl and allow it to cool.
11. Knead the dough again after 30 minutes and divide it into portions.
12. Take a portion of the dough and roll it into a sheet of 3 inches in diameter. Likewise, prepare all the sheets.
13. Place a sheet on your palm and add 1 tsp or ½ tsp of stuffing.
14. Start pleating and sticking them to the previous fold till the other end. Similarly, prepare all the momos.
15. Boil water in a cooking vessel for streaming, grease a sieve with oil, and place all the momos on the sieve.
16. Place the sieve inside the cooking vessel and steam the momos for 10 minutes over medium heat.
17. Paneer momos are ready to be served.
