These can be paired with sabzi, gravy or can be enjoyed on their own!JWARICHI PURIIngredients¾ cup sorghum (jowar) flour1 cup whole wheat flour2 tbsps Tata Sampann Fine Besan½ tsp cumin seeds¼ tsp carom seeds (ajwain)1 tsp crushed garlic-green chillies¼ tsp red chilli powder¼ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tbsp + 1 tsp + for greasing + for deep fryingSabzi to serveMethod1. Take whole wheat flour in a large bowl, add sorghum flour, Tata Sampann Fine Besan, cumin seeds, carom seeds, crushed garlic-green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves and 1 tbsp oil. Add 1 cup water and knead to a stiff dough. Drizzle 1 tsp oil and knead again,2. Cover the dough and set aside for 5 minutes.3. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick kadai.4. Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape each portion into balls. Grease the worktop with a little oil, place the dough ball and roll into a small disc.5. Gently drop the disc into the hot oil one at a time and deep fry till it puffs up. Drain on an absorbent paper.6.
