KACHORI CHAAT
Satiate your evening snack craving with this chatpata chaat that has an array of toppings with contrasting flavours and textures that create an amazing experience in every bite you take.

Ingredients

2 kachoris
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tsp dried pomegranate seeds (anardana) powder
4 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish
½ tsp Tata Sampann Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Sweetened yogurt for drizzling
Date and tamarind chutney for drizzling
Green chutney for drizzling
Sev for garnish
Masala dal for garnish
Masala peanuts for garnish
Fresh pomegranate pearls
Chaat masala for sprinkling

Method

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, dried pomegranate pearls powder and 2 tbsps chopped coriander leaves and mix.
2. Crush kachoris and add into the pan, sprinkle Tata Sampann Garam Masala and salt and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add remaining coriander leaves and take the pan off the heat. Transfer equal portions of this on to serving plates.
4. Drizzle sweetened yogurt, date and tamarind chutney, green chutney and garnish with sev, masala dal, masala peanuts, fresh pomegranate pearls and sprinkle chaat masala.
