Spicy, tangy and zesty, this chutney will spice up any dish.KADALE CHUTNEYIngredients2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (kadale)6 tablespoons scraped fresh coconut 1 small onion, chopped4 green chillies, chopped 1 inch ginger, chopped4 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves Salt to taste2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds ½ teaspoon asafoetida4-5 curry leaves Method1. Grind coconut, onions, green chillies, peanuts, ginger, coriander, salt with a little water to a fine chutney.2. Transfer the chutney to a bowl and set aside. 3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add curry leaves and asafoetida and curry leaves. Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix. 4. Serve.
