Dry roast all the grains starting from rice, jowar, bajara, wheat, gramdal, urad dal, moong dal, cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Keep them aside.- Grind all the ingredients in a mixer. Bhajani flour is ready.- In a round bottom pan, heat some water. Add turmeric powder, salt, mix masala and very little oil. Bring the water to a boil and then switch off the flame.- Add the bhajani flour and mix well.
