Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Bhindi (Okra) kg
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp
-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & tsp
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 1 & Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:
-Cut okra from top & bottom & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil & fry okra on high flame for 5-6 minutes then takeout & set aside.
-In the same wok,add cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,salt & mix well.
-Add ginger garlic paste,pureed tomatoes,mix well & cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add yogurt,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Now add fried okra,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
-Add lemon juice,dried fenugreek leaves,green chillies,cover & simmer on low flame for 5-6 minutes & cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
-Bhindi ka top & bottom cut ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil dal dein aur bhindi ko tez ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya fry ker lein phir nikal ker side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein zeera,lal mirch crushed,sabut dhania,haldi powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste & pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Ab fried bhindi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Lemon juice,kasuri methi aur hari mirchien dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
