It’s like an instant spicy and flavourful chutney!KAIRI TAKKUIngredients3 medium raw mangoes2 tsps red chilli powderSalt to taste2-3 tbsps chopped jaggery2 tbsps oil1 tsp mustard seeds1 tsp cumin seedsMethod1. Remove the top portion and grate the raw mangoes.2. Add red chilli powder, salt, jaggery and mix well. Set aside for 15-20 minutes or till the jaggery melts.3. For tempering, heat oil in a small nonstick pan. Add mustard seeds and once they start to splutter, add cumin seeds and mix well. Allow to cool.4. Add this to the grated raw mango mixture and mix well.5.
