Kaju Katli/Kaju Katri or Kaju Barfi/Burfi but not so basic. This Diwali serve your guests their favourite mithai with a twist. These Kaju Katli Gulkand rolls are sure to be a conversation starter.

INGREDIENTS

* 1 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup water
* 2 cups kaju powder
* 3 tbsp strawberry crush
* 1/2 cup crushed kaju
* 1/4 cup gulkand
* 1/2 cup crushed kaju
* Butter paper or plastic sheet

Method of Preparation
1. Take 1 cup of sugar in a pan.
2. Add 1/2 cup water.
3. Dissolve the sugar and make 1string syrup.
4. Add 2 cups of cashew powder to the syrup.
5. Turn off the stove.
6. Take a pan on medium flame.
7. Add 3 tbsp strawberry crush, 1/2cup crushed cashew powder, and Mix it well. Let it cool.
8. Take a pan on the stove and add 1/4 cup gulkand, and 1/2 crushed cashew powder.
9. Take butter paper and apply ghee to it.
10. Place cashew dough on top of paper and ass another butter paper with ghee. And make roti out of it.
11. Take one roti and add the gulkand dough and roll it.
12. Take another roti and add the strawberry dough and roll it.
13. Add a silver leaf to both the roll and cut them into pieces.
14. Serve!!!
