Kale Chips | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Healthy baked kale chips sprinkled with salt and parmesan cheese.

KALE CHIPS

Ingredients

2 cups kale leaves
Olive oil for drizzling
Apple cider vinegar for drizzling
Salt to taste
Parmesan cheese powder for sprinkling

Method

1. Preheat oven at 150ÂșC.
2. Place torn kale leaves on a baking tray. Drizzle some olive oil and vinegar on top and mix gently. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and cook for 5-10 minutes.
3. Sprinkle some salt and parmesan cheese on kale chips.
4. Serve immediately.

Preparation Time: 5-8 minutes
Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes
