Ingredients:-
For the Masala:-
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
15 cloves of Garlic
½-inch Ginger
2 tbsp. Coriander leaves, chopped
Salt
1 tbsp. Mix Masala

Kaleji Fry:-
Oil
400 gms. Chicken Liver
Juice of ½ a lemon


Method:-
- Grind all the masala ingredients to a smooth paste.
- Apply all the masala to the liver properly.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the liver and masala to it and mix well.
- Cook on a low flame and then on a high flame for 15-20 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon juice and stir.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
