Kanda Bhajia by Toral's Pakhshala | India Food Network

Ingredients:

3-4 Onions
1/2 cup Gram Flour
1/2 tsp. Red Chili powder
1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. Eno
1 cup Water
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

Method:

Chop the onions into pieces or slices, as per your choice.
Create a batter from the gram flour, water, and the masalas.
Now dip the onions in this batter and deep fry in a pan.

Best served with mint chutney, ketchup and piping hot tea.
