Kanda Poha - Breakfast Recipe For bachelors | Quick & Easy Recipe | by chef Harpal Singh Sokhi | chefharpalsingh

Ingredients :

Oil : 1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 Tsp
Green Chillies chopped 1 Tbsp
Curry Leaves 8-10 nos
Onion chopped 1 no (medium)
Salt To Taste
Turmeric powder 1 Tsp
Poha (soaked) 2 cups
Coriander chopped 2 Tbsp
Lemon juice Optional (As Desired)

Method:
1. In a kadai heat oil, add mustard seeds, chillies, curry leaves & onion. Saute for a while till onions becomes translucent in colour.
2. Add salt to taste followed by turmeric powder.
3. Add soaked poha to it & cook for a while.
4. Sprinkle some water while cooking to make texture moist.
5. Finally add chopped coriander & lime juice as desired (optional) to it & Serve hot.
