Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli chopped, curry leaves and sauté for 30 sec.3. Add sliced onion and sauté until slightly brown.4. Add potato and green and sauté for 1 min.5. Add turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.6. Add poha and mix well and cook for 1 min.7. Switch off the flame, add lemon juice and mix well.8.
