Oil for frying
1 piece Cinnamon
1 Black Cardamom (only seeds)
3 Cloves
1/2 tsp Cumin

2 tsp Milk powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Melon seeds (Magaz)
2 cups Curd
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tsp Dry Ginger powder (Sonth)
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1/2 cup Water
Salt to taste
Few chopped Coriander leaves
