"Gujarati Pudla / Besan ka cheela / Chickpea Pancake / Bajra Adai "
is famous Gujarati savoury pancakes. Pudla is simple
pancake with chickpea and Coriander leaves. There are

other variant of Pudlas like spicy, sweet etc."

It widely used as breakfast or dinner. Pudla is

gluten free vegan recipes serves with green chutney,

chili pickles. It is simple and easy to made but as

more delicious breakfast.


Ingredients:-

- 3 cup Bajri no lot (Pearl millet)
- 3 cup besan(Chickpea flour/ gram flour)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
- 2 cup butter milk
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder. (lal mirch chatni)
- Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- hing (asafoetida)
- 1/2 Coriender powder(dhaniya powder).
- Water according to requirement
- 2 tbsp oil / 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions:

- Mix Pearl millet flour and besan flour in one bowl.
- Add ginger-garlic paste.
- Add buttermilk
- Add Salt, Red chilli powder(lal mirch

chatni),Turmeric powder(Haldi),asafoetida

(hing),Coriender powder(dhaniya powder).
- Add water and make batter medium not thin nor

thick.
- Heat non stick pan.
- Add oil/butter and pour batter on pan at slow

flame.
- Make round shape of it.
- Add very little oil/butter in its edge side.
- Cook till it appears golden brown color.
- Turn Pudla into other side and add 1/2 tbsp

oil/butter.
- Also cook till light golden brown color.
- Do same process for another pancake(chilla/pudla).
- Serve with sauce / curd / green chutney / butter milk / tea.
