In this video, I have shown the method of how to make Katlambe by kneading flour to a stiff dough, rolling it out, applying ghee, bringing the edges together and again rolling it out. Ingredients in the order of description:
3 cups Maida/APF
Salt to taste
1 tsp Ajwain/Carom seeds
3 tbsp Oil
Water as required
4 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin/Jeera
1/4 tsp Hing/Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Haldi/Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1&1/2 tsp Dhania/Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
1/2 tsp Amchur/Dry Mango powder
1 tsp Anardana/Dry Pomegranate seeds
1/2 tsp Chole masala
Salt to taste
250 gms soaked and cooked Kabuli Chana
1 cup Water
3 Green Chillies
1 Onion
Oil for frying
