Keema Crunch Wrap

Ingredients for Beef Mince:
Oil 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Beef mince 1 kg
Tomatoes (sliced) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 ½ tbsp.
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Green chilies (Chopped) 2 tbsp

Ingredients for sautéed veggies:
Oil 2 tbsp
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Tomatoes (julienne) 1 cup
Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup
Jalapenos (chopped) 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp.

Ingredients for Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Roti as required
Sauce as required
Prepared beef mince as required
Cheddar cheese slice as required
Sautéed veggies as required
Oil (for greasing) as required

Directions for Beef Mince Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add onion, cook until starts to turn brown. Add beef mince and cook until it changes color.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add tomatoes, cook until tomatoes get soft.
3. Now add red chili flakes, paprika, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, chili sauce and cook until oil separates.
4. Add water and cover and cook until mince is fully done.
5. Lastly add green chilies and mix well.
Directions for sautéed veggies preparation:
6. In a pan heat oil and capsicum, onion, tomatoes, cabbage, jalapenos and mix it well.
7. Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, chili garlic sauce stir fry for 2-3 minutes over high flame. Set aside.
Directions for Sauce Preparation:
8. In a bowl add mayo, ketchup, sweet chili sauce, mustard paste, hot sauce and mix well. your sauce is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
9. Take a roti and drizzle sauce on it in the center. Add prepared beef mince, cheese slices, sautéed veggies, sauce and top it with another roti. Fold the bottom roti in the shape of crunch wrap.
10. Now toast it on a greased griddle until crispy and golden brown.
11. Your keema crunch wrap is ready.

Cooking time: 50 mins
