In a pan heat oil and add beef mince. Cook until water dries out and mince changes color.2. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook for 4-5 minutes. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.3. Now add yogurt and mix well. Add 3/4 cup water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 3/4 cup of water and cook until oil separates.4. Now add black pepper powder, garam masala and give it a good mix. 5. Add onion and Cook for 5 minutes. Garnish it with coriander and green chilies. Your Keema Pyaz is ready.Directions for Paratha Preparation:6. In a bowl add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, ghee, water and knead a soft and smooth dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.7. Take the prepared dough, make 4 dough balls.8. Take one dough ball and roll out into flat circle. Brush ghee on it and fold it. Knead it again into roti shape.9. Cook it on preheated pan until golden brown and fully done from each side. Brush ghee and cook until golden brown in color.10. Your paratha is ready to be served with Pyaz Qeema.
