Ingredients:-
7 ripe mangoes
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chilli powder
½ coconut grated
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ liter sour curd beaten
1 tsp methi seeds
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
4 red chillies cut into 2
10-12 curry leaves
Salt to taste

Method:-
1. In a cup of water cook the mangoes with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
2. Grind the coconut and the cumin seeds to a fine paste.
3. Add the above paste to the mangoes.
4. When they have cooked evenly add the curds. Do not boil and remove from the stove.
5. Once cooled, heat oil and add the fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves and add to the dish.
