Khajoor Ladoo Recipe - Dry Fruits And Khajoor Laddoo - Palm sweet laddoo | Nisha Madhulika

Khajoor ladoo is an quick and easy way for making delicious ladoos for festive seasons. These palm ladoos are highly nutritious.

Ingredients

Dates – 1 cup
Dry coconut - ½ cup (chopped)
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Green cardamom – 4
Cashews – 2 tbsp
Almonds – 2 tbsp

Directions

Getting ready:

1.Start making the ladoos by rinsing and chopping the dates. Chop the cashews. Stone grind the green cardamom seeds. Powder the almonds and coconut in a mixer grinder separately. Prepare coarse paste of dates with 2 tbsp of water in mixer grinder.

Making:

2.Fry the dates in ghee on medium flame in a pan for a while. Then properly mix the coconut powder in the fried dates. Turn off the flame and further add cashews, green cardamom powder, almond powder in the pan and mix everything really well.

3.Once the mixture cools down, bind firm ladoos and place them on a plate. Khajoor ladoos are ready.

Serving:

4.Serve these nutritious khajoor ladoos straight away.

Suggestion

To make khajoor ladoos with mawa take 1 cup of mawa. After roasting the dates, roast the mawa until it's colour changes slightly. Then add everything together along with ¼ cup of powdered sugar and make the ladoos. These ladoos can be stored for 12 to 15 days.
