Ingredients/Method

2 tbsp coconut oil
2 ripe bananas
200 gms chopped dates
1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
1.5 cup Dry fruit of your choice - chopped
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp charmagaz - Cantaloupe seeds

Method:
Melt oil and roast dry fruit. Add coconut, mix well. Add cardamom.
Add dates and bananas. Mix well and let banana melt. While mixture is still warm, spread evenly on a plate. Let cool then chill ( i put it in the freezer for 2 hrs). Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy. Stays fresh in the fridge for a week, in an airtight container.
