Mutton mice cooked with fresh fenugreek leaves and mild spices.

KHEEMA METHI

Ingredients

400 grams mutton mince (kheema)
1 bunch fresh fenugreek leaves (methi)
2-3 green chillies
4-5 garlic cloves
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon oil

Method

1. Heat a nonstick pan, add mutton mince and cook it on high heat for 2 minutes.
2. Add salt, lower the flame and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
3. Chop green chillies and pound it with garlic cloves and salt.
4. Make a well in the center of mutton mince, add oil and green chilli garlic mixture and sauté well.
5. Mix well with the mutton mince, add fresh fenugreek leaves and mix well, cook on high heat for 2 minutes.
6. Add little water, lower the flame and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
