Who doesn't like Kebab? Irrespective of the geographic boundaries, kebabs are loved, in every part of our country. Learn how to make this delicious, one of it's kind Khichdi Kebab only on Rajshri Food.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup boiled rice & Moong dal (equal quantity)
1 onion grated
1 tomato grated
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 cup yellow corn boiled
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp chana masala
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp mango pickle
Coriander leaves
Oil
Salt to taste

Yogurt dressing:
1 cup hung curd
2 tbsp mint leaves
Coriander leaves
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
Salt

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add grated onion to it. Add garlic paste.
- Add grated tomatoes. Cook it well till it dries.
- Add finely chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala and mix well.
- Add plain boiled khichdi to the mixture.
- Add gram flour to it along with boiled yellow corn.
- Add salt to taste and coriander leaves.
- Add a pinch of mango pickle at the end.
- Allow it to cool down completely.
- Apply oil to hands and roll the mixture in to the shape of a kebab.
- Cote the kebab with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and roast the kebabs.
- Kebabs is ready to serve.

For Yogurt Dressing:
Method:
- In a cup of hung curd, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, roasted cumin seed powder, salt to taste, red chilli powder.
- Mix well.
