Khow Suey Recipe
Ingredients for coconut curry
Coconut milk 1 cup
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for chicken gravy:
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chicken boneless 400g
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Ingredients for veggies:
Oil 1 tbsp
Carrots (julienne) 1 cup
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Ingredients for spaghetti:
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Spaghetti 1 pack
Assembling:
Spaghetti
Chicken chunks
Coconut curry
Sauté veggies
Spring onion for garnish
Fried garlic as required
Chili flakes for sprinkle

Directions for Khow suey:
In a bowl add gram flour, coconut milk, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Now whisk it well until properly combined.
Now in a pan cook prepared mixture for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Boil water; add oil, salt and spaghetti. When spaghetti will be 90% done take it off and run through cold water and keep it aside.
Now in a pan add oil the onion and cook until translucent. Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Now add chicken and cook well then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, zeera powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and mix it well.
Add yogurt in it and cook until it dries for about 5 minute and take it aside.
Sauté Vegetable:
In a pan add cabbage, capsicum, carrot, salt, black pepper, vinegar and soya sauce.
Now sauté for almost 1 to 2 minutes on high flame. Its ready set aside.
Assembling:
In a dish place spaghetti then chicken then drizzle the coconut sauce.
Then add sauté vegetables, fried garlic and garnish with green onion and top up with Kurkure.
Your tasty spicy Khow suey is ready to serve.

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes
Serving: 3-4 persons
