A handful of mint8. Mayonnaise 9. Salt10. Sesame oil The Procedures1. Put the 4 cups of rice into a pot2. rinse and drain until water is clear3. add 3 cups of water and cook the rice4. wash your 1 lettuce, mint, apple and bell pepper thoroughly5. slice the yellow pickled radish thinly6. slice the bell pepper into strips7. slice the apple thinly8. put your rice into a large bowl9. mix rice with a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of sesame oil10. lightly toast the seaweed sheets over a low heat11. evenly spread the cooked rice leaving 2 inches on one side of the seaweed uncovered 12. place lettuce and spread mayonnaise13.
