KISHMOORIngredients1 cup dried shrimps, heads and tails removed1 medium size ball tamarind1 teaspoon coconut oil2 medium onions, finely choppedSalt to tasteA pinch turmeric powder½ teaspoon red chilli powder½ cup fresh scraped coconutMethod1. Soak tamarind in some water for 10 minutes. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add shrimps and roast lightly till crisp. Remove from heat and set aside.3. Combine onions, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and tamarind in a bowl and mix well. Add coconut and mix well. 4. Add fried shrimps and mix again. 5. Serve immediately.
