Take cooked Bengal gram in a non-stick pan. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, salt and some water and mix well. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. 2. Adjust water, mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.3.
