The rice balls are actually called jumeokbap in Korean - which translates to "fist-rice". We are going to make two versions of jumeokbap: one is beef-and-vegetable and the other is tuna-and-mayonnaise. It's a perfect dish for a picnic or a lunchbox.In addition, we will also make some bacon-enoki wraps. This one is not a traditional Korean dish - but something that we like to eat from time-to-time. And it is so delicious! The saltiness of the bacon with the soft crunch and chew of the enoki mushrooms... it will open you up to a whole new world.
