3 Korean Side Dishes Series #13 - Vegan (, BanChan) Aeri's Kitchen

Today, I will share 3 delicious Korean vegan side dish recipes with you.
The fist vegan side is gluten free zucchini Jeon called AeHoBak Jeon () using grated potato instead of flour.
The second vegan side is cooked bok choy seasoned with soybean paste called CheongGyeongChae DoenJangMuChim ( ).
For the last vegan side-dish, I will show you how to make soybean sprout japchae called KongNaMul JapChae ( ) in Korean.
