1 1/2 c unbleached flour
1/3 c powdered sugar
2 1/2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts fine salt
1/2 ts oil
1/2 c room temperature whole milk
Filling:
1/2 c adzuki beans
1 1/2 c water
1/3 brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1 ts vanilla extract
