Ingredients:
K&N’s Mortadella Slices as required
Eggs 2
Bread slices 4
Green onion (sliced) 1/4 cup
Cabbage (julienne) 1/4 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1/4 cup
Green chili 1 (chopped)
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cheese slices as required
Ingredients for sandwich sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
Tabasco sauce 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
White pepper 1/4 tsp
Red chili flakes 1/4 tsp
Directions:
In a bowl add eggs, salt, black pepper, green onion, cabbage, carrot and green chilies and mix well. Omelette mixture is ready.
For sauce take a bowl add mayonnaise, cream, tabasco sauce, lemon juice, salt, white pepper and red chili flakes. Whish all ingredients well and your sandwich sauce is ready. Set aside.
Grease a nonstick pan with butter, add egg mixture on the pan to keep it in square shape. Cook on low medium flame for 2 to 3 then divide it in half and flip. Cook for 2 more minutes and again flip them making square shape of your omelette. Your omelette is ready take it off.
Take bread slices and spread butter on both sides evenly.
Then toast your bread slices on medium low flame until golden and crispy from both sides. Then take it off.
Prepare K&N’s Mortadella Slices as per the instructions on the pack. Set aside.
Take bread slices, spread sandwich sauce on top and place prepared omelet.
Place cheese slices, K&N’s Mortadella Slices, omelet and drizzle some more sandwich sauce on top. Cover your sandwich with another piece of bread. Cut it into half.
Your delicious Korean street style sandwich is ready to serve.
