A very simple and tasty snack recipe which is very popular and amazing to make!KOTHIMBIR VADIIngredients2 cups finely chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tsp white sesame seeds½ tbsp ginger-green chilli paste¼ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste1 cup Tata Sampann Fine BesanA pinch of baking sodaOil for fryingMethod1. Heat sufficient water in a steamer.2. Take coriander leaves in a bowl, add white sesame seeds, ginger-green chilli paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Add Tata Sampann Fine Besan and mix well. 3. Add ½ cup water, mix to form a thick batter. Add the baking soda and mix.4. Pour the mixture into greased dhokla thali and place it on the steamer and steam for 20-25 minutes.5. Take the dhokla thali out of the steamer and allow to cool slightly. Slide a knife on the edges, cut into quarters and further cut them into triangles. 6. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, slide in the triangles, deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.7. Arrange the kothimbir vadi on a serving plate and serve hot with green chutney.
