Get ready to savor the rich and luxurious flavors of homemade kulfi, made with the goodness of Olpers Full Cream Milk Powder for a truly indulgent dessert experience. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #olpersMilk #Olpers #digitalammi Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3Z20HLERecipe in English:Ingredients:-Bread slices 2 -Sugar Cup or to taste-Water 1 tbs -Olpers Milk 1 litre-Olpers Milk powder 1 Cup-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs -Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs -Kewra water 1 tsp-Pista (Pistachios) powdered-Falooda sawaiyan-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) soaked -Rabri milk Directions:-In a chopper,add bread slices & chop well.-In frying pan,add breadcrumbs & dry roast on low flame for 8-10 minutes.-Add sugar,water & cook on very low flame until sugar is caramelize & turns brown and stir wok gently in between.-Add milk,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add milk powder & whisk well.-Add roasted breadcrumbs & whisk well.-Add cardamom powder,pistachios,almonds,kewra water,mix well & cook on low flame until mixture thickens (4-5 minutes) & mix in between.-Let it cool completely.-Pour kulfi mixture in kulfi molds,cover with aluminium foil,insert ice cream stick & freeze for 10 hours or overnight in freezer.-Garnish kulfi with pistachios.-On a serving plate,add falooda sawaiyan,soaked basil seeds,evaporated milk,kulfi & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Bread slices 2 -Sugar Cup or to taste-Water 1 tbs -Olpers Milk 1 litre-Olpers Milk powder 1 Cup-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 2 tbs -Badam (Almonds) chopped 2 tbs -Kewra water 1 tsp-Pista (Pistachios) powdered-Falooda sawaiyan-Tukhme balanga (Basil seeds) soaked -Rabri milk Directions:-Chopper mein bread slices dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein.-Frying pan mein breadcrumbs dal dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya dry roast ker lein.-Cheeni aur pani dal dein aur bohat halki ancch per caramelize aur brown ho janay tak paka lein aur bech bech mein wok ko stir ker lein.-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Milk powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Roasted breadcrumbs dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.-Elaichi powder,pista,badam aur kewra water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per mixture ko garha ho janay tak paka leim (4-5 minutes) aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.-Thanda ker lein.-Kulfi mixture ko kulfi molds mein dal ker aluminium foil sa cover ker lein,ice cream stick insert ker lein aur 10 hours or overnight kliya freezer mein freeze ker lein.-Kulfi ko pista sa garnish ker lein.-Serving plate mein falooda sawaiyan,tukhme balanga,evaporated milk aur kulfi dal ker serve karein!
