Kunefe Recipe Knafeh Sweet Cheese Pastry

INGREDIENTS:
2,5 cups of water
3 cups of granulated sugar
10-15 drops of lemon
100g of melted butter
300g of kadayif (a.k.a. kataifi) which is shredded phyllo pastry, chopped finely
150g of unsalted ricotta cheese
