Yes its time to try this new Lacha paratha recipe with a fantastic onion chutney to go with it. #happycookingtoyou #foodfusion #digitalammi #araywahh #paratha Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3P83sr1Recipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Onion Chutney:-Cooking oil 3 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 4-5 medium-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 10-12 -Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6-Water Cup or as required -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) tsp-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & tsp-Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & tsp-Saunf (Fennel seeds) crushed 1 tsp-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 3 tbsPrepare Lacha Paratha:-Fine atta (Fine flour) sifted 3 Cups-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Sugar powdered 1 & tbs-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs-Water 1 Cup or as required-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted -Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs or as required Directions:Prepare Onion Chutney:-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,button red chillies,mix well & cook on medium flame until onions are light brown. -Let it cool.-In blender jug,add onion mixture,water & blend well.-In the same frying pan,add cooking oil,curry leaves,nigella seeds & mix well.-Add blended paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.-Add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,fennel seeds,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add tamarind pulp,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.Prepare Lacha Paratha:-In a bowl,add fine flour,salt,sugar,clarified butter & mix well.-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed. -Grease dough with clarified butter,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.-Grease hand with ghee & knead dough until smooth. -Divide the dough into 5 portions,take one portion (150g) & make a ball.-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.-Fold the dough in D shape,cut into strips from center part of dough,apply clarified butter & sprinkle dry flour then gather,stretch & twist the dough & roll out with the help of rolling pin. -Heat griddle & fry paratha on medium flame from both sides with clarified butter.-Serve onion chutney with paratha!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:Prepare Onion Chutney:-Cooking oil 3 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 4-5 medium-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 10-12 -Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6-Water Cup or as required -Cooking oil 3-4 tbs -Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) tsp-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & tsp-Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & tsp-Saunf (Fennel seeds) crushed 1 tsp-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 3 tbsPrepare Lacha Paratha:-Fine atta (Fine flour) sifted 3 Cups-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Sugar powdered 1 & tbs-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs-Water 1 Cup or as required-Ghee (Clarified butter) melted -Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs or as required Directions:Prepare Onion Chutney:-Frying pan mein cooking oil,pyaz,lehsan aur sabut lal mirch dal ket ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per pyaz light brown ho janay tak paka lein.-Thanda ker lein.-Blender jug mein pyaz mixture aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein.-Us he fryig pan mein cooking oil aur curry patta aur kalonji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Namak,haldi powder,lal mirch powder,zeera,sabut dhania aur saunf dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Imli pulp dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.Prepare Lacha Paratha:-Bowl mein fine atta,namak,cheeni aur ghee dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.-Dough ko ghee sa grease karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya chor dein.-Haath ko ghee sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak ghond lein.-Dough ko 5 portions mein divide karein,ek portion (15-g) lein aur ball abna lein.-Atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.-Dough ko D shape mein fold karein,strips mein cut karein aur ghee laga ker atta chirak dein phir dough ko gather, stretch & twist ker ka bail lein.-Tawa garam karein aur paratha ko darmiyania ancch per dono side sa ghee mein fry ker lein.-Paratha ko onion chutney ka saath serve karein!
